Privacy Policy

If you fill in a form, take the Triangle of Life assessment, sign up for the Inner Calm Collective, or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you share in the form. We use this to respond to you, deliver what you signed up for, and (with your consent) send follow-up emails.

Lawful basis: Consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or unsubscribing from any email.

If you complete the Triangle of Life assessment, your scores are stored only on this website and never shared. Your name, email, and a private link to your results page are passed to our email service provider so we can send you follow-up emails — the scores themselves are not.

You can request deletion of your assessment data at any time by emailing hello@aashimaa.net.

• Enquiry forms and assessment results: 2 years
• Mailing list: while you remain subscribed — removed within 30 days of unsubscribe
• Booking records: 7 years, for legal and professional compliance
• Therapy and counselling notes: 7 years after work ends, in line with BACP guidelines
• Payment records: retained by Stripe per their policy

We use the following services to run the site:

• MailerLite — email delivery
• Cal.com — booking (only loaded after cookie consent)
• Stripe — payments for Inner Calm Collective
• Google Analytics — usage analytics (only loaded after cookie consent)

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data under UK GDPR.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw consent for email marketing at any time — it's as easy to withdraw as to give. Email hello@aashimaa.net and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies that are required for the site to work. We also use Google Analytics cookies, but only if you accept them when the cookie notice appears. You can decline at any time.
