Aashima in a warm, natural setting
My Story

I spent most of my life performing.

I couldn't set boundaries. I was anxious, exhausted, and emotionally super sensitive… everything hit me harder than it seemed to hit everyone else. I spent most of my energy making sure everyone else was okay, saying yes to things I didn't want to do because I wanted to be liked.

I didn't realise any of this at the time. I just knew something wasn't right, and I couldn't understand why I felt so disconnected from myself.

The Turning Point

I didn't do it alone.

I found a mentor who opened up my world to EFT, mindfulness, and grounding work. And slowly, things started to change. I learned that my emotional sensitivity wasn't a weakness… it was actually a strength. I started setting boundaries and holding them. I stopped giving my power away.

My Vocation

That experience is why I do this work.

I sat on the other side of that therapy room once, wondering when things would change. That's why I trained as a counsellor, then a psychotherapist, then a life coach. Because I know what it feels like to need more than one kind of support.

Not everyone who comes to me is in pain. Some people have achieved a lot but still feel unhappy. Something keeps getting in the way and they can't work out what. I work with people wherever they are.

Working Together

After doing this work for years, I keep seeing the same things.

Someone who puts on a mask to get through the day. Someone who does everything for everyone else and can't understand why they still feel empty. Someone who's achieved everything they wanted and still isn't happy. Someone going through a change and not recognising themselves anymore.

If that sounds familiar, you're not broken. You're running patterns that used to protect you, and they're not working anymore.

Aashima became my beacon of hope during the scariest time of my life. Her ability to balance empathy with practical coping strategies empowered me to face each day with renewed strength.
