Aashima offers counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching, and group wellbeing programmes. Nothing on this website creates a therapeutic relationship — that begins only after a signed client agreement and intake process.

The Triangle of Life assessment is a free self-reflection tool. It is not a clinical diagnosis or medical advice.

The Inner Calm Collective is a subscription-based group wellbeing programme. By signing up you agree to the following:

• Free trial: Your first 6 sessions (approximately 45 days from signup) are free. Card details are collected at signup but no payment is taken until week 7.
• Ongoing subscription: After the free trial, your card is charged £47/month automatically. The subscription continues until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via the link in any email we send you, or by emailing hello@aashimaa.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Sessions: Sessions are live on Zoom. If you miss one, there is no credit or refund — the weekly session is a live experience and is not recorded.
• Price changes: If we change the monthly price, existing members will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from signup to cancel an online purchase and receive a refund. Because the Inner Calm Collective begins immediately on signup — with your first session the following Sunday — you agree that your right to the 14-day cooling-off period is waived as soon as you access any of the content or sessions.

This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription at any time with no further charges.

This site is provided in good faith. We don't guarantee it's error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.
