We start by talking. I listen to what you're going through, and together we start to see what's underneath… the emotional patterns you've been running without realising.
Some sessions are all talking. Some involve EFT when an emotion needs to shift in the body. Some are about setting goals and building forward. If working on one issue brings up something else… anxiety around food when you came in for body image, for example… we work on it together. The approach adapts to you, not the other way around.
I also work with couples going through conflict or disconnection, and families including adolescents.

Where do sessions take place?
Online via Zoom (available worldwide) or in-person in London. Many clients mix both depending on their week.
How long are sessions?
Counselling and psychotherapy sessions are 60–75 minutes. 1:1 coaching is tailored to you... session length and frequency are agreed during your free call. The Inner Calm Collective meets for 30 minutes live each week.
What happens when I contact you?
You'll hear back within 48 hours. From there we'll arrange a free call to discuss what you're looking for and whether we're the right fit.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's completely fine, most people aren't. Schedule a free call and we'll talk it through. There's no pressure and no commitment. If you'd rather experience how I work before booking a call, the Inner Calm Collective is a live weekly group... your first 6 sessions are free.
How much do sessions cost?
Counselling and psychotherapy session rates vary depending on the need of the individual and can last up to 75 minutes. Coaching is bespoke... session length, frequency and investment are discussed on your free call because every programme is different. The Inner Calm Collective is £47/month after your first 6 free sessions, cancel anytime.
Do you work with insurance providers?
Yes. I'm registered with WPA, Alliance Health Group, Vitality, and Cigna. If you'd like to use your health insurance for sessions, please check with your provider that your policy covers counselling or psychotherapy, and mention this when you book your initial consultation.
Do you work with couples and families?
Yes. I offer relationship counselling for couples working through conflict, communication difficulties, or disconnection. I also work with families and adolescents on relationship challenges and transitions.
