I spent years as a people-pleaser.
Saying yes when I meant no. Putting everyone else's needs before my own. Struggling with self-esteem, body image, and an inability to set boundaries that actually held.
The root cause was a complete lack of self-love. I didn't know it at the time — but that one realisation changed everything.
It wasn't a single book or a single therapy session that turned things around. It was a combination: boundary-setting, Emotional Freedom Technique, mindfulness, and grounding techniques. Slowly, I stopped abandoning myself.
Why I do this work...
Because I've lived it. Because the woman who sat on the other side of the therapy room, wondering when it would be her turn — that was me.
What I've learned is that therapy alone isn't always enough — and neither is coaching alone. Real change happens when you understand the patterns underneath: why you think, react, and repeat the way you do.
That understanding is the foundation. Healing comes next. And then — only then — you can start to build.
That's why I blend counselling, psychotherapy, and life coaching into a single approach — shaped entirely around you.
