A supportive moment between a teacher and students in a classroom
The Challenge

Real wellbeing takes more than a poster on the wall.

Most school wellbeing programmes deal with crisis. I'd rather build resilience — giving students and staff the tools to manage pressure before it becomes a problem.

I've spent 15 years in education alongside my clinical training. I understand safeguarding, timetable constraints, and the reality of pastoral teams stretched thin. Everything I deliver is designed with schools in mind.

Improved Student Wellbeing

Students who have practical tools for managing pressure show up more — in attendance and in engagement.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the programmes for — students, staff, or both?

Both. Programmes are tailored separately for students and staff, because each group faces different pressures. We can work with one or both depending on your school's needs.

What age groups do you work with?

Programmes are designed for secondary school and sixth form students. Staff programmes are for all school employees — teaching and support staff alike.

Are sessions delivered in person or online?

Both. In-person sessions work best for group workshops, while online delivery offers flexibility for staff training and follow-up. We'll agree the best format for your school.

How long is a typical programme?

Anything from a single workshop to a term-long programme with ongoing support. Most schools start with a half-day workshop and build from there based on what's needed.

How do we book?
